If you have questions, you may not be the first to wonder. Take a browse at some common inquiries
to see if it can be answered here.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: We are open to the public Monday trough Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We
are closed only on Sundays and major holidays unless otherwise noted.
Q: Do you do large format printing?
A: Yes. We are able to print up to 36" wide.
Q: What is the turnaround time on an order?
A: Turnaround time may vary depending on the quality and quantity of your order as well as alloted time give for
completion. The standard time (from point of proof confirmation) is generally 3-5 business days - again, depending on
what is given and required for the job. Feel free to contact us to receive a more specific time frame by one of our
Customer Service Representatives.
Q: Can I print directly from my media?
A: Yes you can! You may stop by the shop with your thumb drive, disc, or even pull up your email at one of the Customer
Workstations and fire off your copies directly. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask one of our Customer Service
Reps.
Q: What shipping services do you offer?
A: We are an authorized FedEx and UPS drop-off location ONLY (not USPS). Packages being shipped through the
United States Postal Service should be taken to the post office. The closest location to us is 940 W FM 544, Wylie.
Q: What are shipping pickup times?
A: As both FedExress and UPS are independent services and have specific routes to cover, we recommend your
package(s) be dropped off no later than 4:45 PM to be sure it goes out the same day.
FedEx Ground Packages should be dropped off by 2pm.
Q: What are the rates for shipping FedEx or UPS?
A: Of course rates will vary per service, package size and weight. Give us a call, and one of our Customer Service Reps
can give you a more targeted quote.
Q: Do you notarize documents?
A: Yes. As long as the doors are open, we have a notary public on staff and at least one (1) witness for your
